Work, Work, Work

Ok, SORRY!! Sheesh, ya get a little busy and people are harping on you to write blogs. (glad I have fans :)

So school is starting again. Used to, this would mean lots of stress, new schedules, books, lots of money, and new faces.

Now that I'm all graduated, it means something totally different. (but pretty much the same)

It means that we are probably going to be down 10,000 dollars in sales.
It means no more kiddies running around during the day, and most of the kiddies coming during the night shift.
It means our rush will change from 730-830 to 630 to 730 (kiddies have to go to bed earlier)
It means more of the servers will be giving me schedules that I can't possible work with but will be forced to try. Servers who were working 6 shifts will go down to three. Servers who were days will now be nights, which means I have to find more day servers.
It means more principals and PTA moms coming in for muffin donations, which means we have to make sure we make more muffin mix.

Sigh. The life of a restaurant manager.
